| EMERGING PUBLIC WORKS LEADERS PROGRAM
(APPLICATIONS FOR 2024 CANDIDATES DUE APRIL 18, 2024) One of the key initiatives of the committee is fostering interest in the Emerging Public Works Leaders Program (EPWLP) at both the Chapter and National APWA levels. The purpose of this program is to foster the growth of new leaders within the organization. Since inception in the Wisconsin Chapter, the program has been very successful in strengthening our leadership team. The Wisconsin Chapter Emerging Public Works Leaders program accepts applications in May of each year. 2024 Emerging Leaders Class
Christian Moring PE, Project Manager with Stantec Consulting Services in Cottage Grove and Heidi Jeninga, Project Engineer with Ruekert-Mielke in Madison were selected for the Wisconsin Chapter 2024 Emerging Leaders Program. Both Christian and Heidi will be attending the 2024 PWX in Atlanta Georgia.
2023 Emerging Leaders Class
Ela Lodzinski, Project Engineer with Baxter & Woodman and Britney Meyer, Civil Engineer with GRAEF in Milwaukee, WI were selected for the Wisconsin Chapter 2023 Emerging Leaders Program. Ela and Britney both attended the 2023 PWX in San Diego, CA.

Christopher Johnson, Streets Superintendent for the City of Stevens Point and Jason Atchison, Project Manager for Baxter & Woodman in Milwaukee, WI were selected for the Wisconsin Chapter Emerging Leaders program. Aimee Irwin, Assistant to the Public Works Director for the Village of McFarland and Robert Wielgos, Civil Engineer for raSmith in Brookfield, WI were selected for the Wisconsin Chapter Emerging Leaders program.
