The 2024 APWA Wisconsin Chapter Fall Conference will be held October 30 through November 1, 2024 at the Blue Harbor Resort on Sheboygan’s beautiful lakefront. The conference will be hosted by Kevin Jump of the City of Sheboygan and the APWA Wisconsin Chapter. Rick Eilertson of AECOM is the conference education program chair; Eric Dundee of the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District and Past President Nathan Wachtendonk chair the Conference Planning Committee. |

- GOLF OUTING: The shotgun start begins at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the Sheboygan Town and Country Golf Course, located at W1943 Co Rd J, Sheboygan, WI 53083. Shotgun format; $55 per person gets you 18 holes with golf cart and a box lunch. TICKET SALES END AT 5 PM ON OCTOBER 18, 2024 – LIMITED TO 60 GOLFERS. Tim Moyer, City of Sheboygan, WI is coordinating this golf outing.
- BICYCLE RIDE: Informal bicycle ride on trail near the Blue Harbor Resort.
- GET ACQUAINTED PARTY: The Get Acquainted Party will be in the Blue Harbor Resort and, weather permitting, include some outdoor games. Come meet your old and new public works colleagues, play games, have some food and beverages, and enjoy the night. The event starts at 5:00 p.m.
- SCHOLARSHIP BANQUET: The Thursday evening Scholarship Banquet will begin with a social hour followed by a buffet-style dinner and presentation of APWA Wisconsin Chapter Scholarship Awards to several students pursuing technical or undergraduate degrees in programs related to public works and municipal engineering. The banquet will be held at the Blue Harbor Resort. The Young Professionals Committee will host a Halloween Party for all attendees following the Scholarship Banquet.

WISCONSIN CHAPTER CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations requested by October 16, 2024 will be granted a full refund less a twenty-five dollar ($25) administrative fee. Refunds after October 16, 2024 may be granted due to special circumstances reviewed on a case by case basis by the host committee and then referred for approval of the Executive Committee. The host committee must receive all special circumstance requests by November 10, 2024 for consideration. All requests received after this date will be denied. Refund requests must be submitted to the host committee and treasurer describing the basis of the request and must include their mailing address and to whom the refund should be directed. All approved special request refunds will be issued after completion of the conference. |
