In this seminar, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of how heavy truck air conditioning and ventilation systems operate, how individual components operate, and the state of refrigerant throughout the system. Recovery, vacuuming, and charging of the air conditioning system are all parts of the AC machine operation. With hands-on lab time, participants will continue to learn the fundamentals of diagnosing heavy truck issues, including electrical and refrigerant failures. There will also be a study of the Federal 609 Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning test preparation and exam.
