The Wisconsin Chapter of APWA is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Emerging Public Works Leaders Program (EPWLP)!
Applications are due April 17, 2026.
Are you—or someone on your team—ready to take the next step in your public works career? The EPWLP is designed to develop and elevate the next generation of public works leaders across Wisconsin. Since its launch, the program has played a key role in strengthening leadership within our Chapter and supporting rising professionals as they grow, connect, and lead.
Participants gain:

- Opportunities for networking and collaboration
- Exposure to APWA at both the Chapter and National levels
- A chance to make a lasting impact in the public works community
